This form also allows you to make a reservation for your buffet and/or outside catering and pay so you can secure your date and time. The deposit is fully refundable up to 14 days prior to the event and the final balance is due 7 days prior to the event date. If you are a member there are further discounts available with our share and save scheme if you join 30 days prior to your event. Our build a buffet is payment in full in advance and you can cancel up to 7 days prior to your event for a full refund, or 3 days prior to your event date for a 50% refund.
